Mix up the classroom conversation

Before you do Exercise 3, p.44, set your timer to 1 minute. How many brands can you list in one minute? Ready? Go!  When you are finished you may:

• compare with someone sitting next to you, or as a whole group
• list the ones you have in common
• discuss how you organized your list : Did you organize it by where you shop, where you would like to shop, or where your customer base shops, or based on diffusion lines? 
• What does this tell you about consumer buying habits? How could you use this information to promote a brand?
